Features: 

1) Taiwan Syntec controller 610MA, easy learn and operate, And equipped with RTCP functions. Its function is to ensure that the tooltip's actual contact point and the workpiece surface remains unchanged. The system with RTCP controls the tool center point instead of the tool rest. So, all command output from the controller is based on the coordinates of the tool center point. In other words, the control system always keeps the position of the tool center points consistent with the program's coordinates.

2) Imported Italian HITECO /HSD 5 axis head, with 13.5kw/ 15kw/17kw/18.5kw liquid cooled spindle, stable power, excellent quality, long life, reliable quality, and global warranty service. Suitable for milling wood, Foam, Aluminum,...

3) Follow-up Linear tool changer: It is installed on the side of machine bed, change tools in short time,so can improve work effiency. 

4) Equipped with Japan Yaskawa servo motor and driver 1.8kw/2.9kw, and with Japan Shimpo reducer. 

5) Machine Frame:The bed is welded with thick wall square tubes and processed by high temperature tempering treatment to removestress, ensure machine rigidity,  machine accuracy, stability and extend service life.
