Machine body is up to 8mm, to ensure machine have a long life time, and the bed structure is triangular and more stable. Use car-specific paint on the outside of the machine to better protect the bed and prevent rust.
BCM1325S machine uses inner control cabinet design , It can make sure non-professional worker touch machine electrical to make sure safety,and save space in your factory.
Z axis uses Taiwan TBI ball screw transmission, with high accuracy
Delta inverter from China Taiwian, well control frequency and adjust spindle speed, keep bigger torque when speed of spindle lower or higher.

DSP controller:
DSP controller is very easy learn and operate, very suitable for beginner. You can set the tool-path by the software(Artcam, Ucancam, Vcarve, Vcarve Pro, Alphacam, ..), then copy it to U disk, then insert U disk to control system, the tool-path will show in the hand controller.
Tool sensor:
Tool sensor allows easy and accurate "Z" zero position for single and multiple tool changes through the program.
