The gluing edge sealing device makes the edge banding plate and the edge banding material evenly glued through a special mechanism to ensure that the bonding force is stronger, and the melted glue will fill the gas The glaze glue, the molten glue will be melted in the melt container, the rotating glue shaft will transport the hot glaze glue to the workpiece, and the quantitative device will control the supply amount and adjust the distance between the glue shaft and the workpiece. End cutting SystemThe
end cut system is
used to cut the cutting components of the front and back-end laminating film. The head-to-head device moves through precise linear guide rails. It adopts
automatic profiling and high-frequency electrode rapid cutting mechanisms to ensure that the c
ut surface is flat and smooth. The cutting assembly is used for sawing the super high part of the laminated film. Rotate to make the edges at right angles or oblique angles, both of which are done by scraping. The cutting component is composed of two unrelated cutting units.
Rough Fine trimingThe Fine triming is used for the finishing components at the upper and lower ends. The rough and finishing devices are used to repair and process the excess edge banding material on the upper and lower parts of the sheet edge banding. It adopts the structure of automatic tracking and high-frequency high-speed motor. To ensure the smoothness of the upper and lower parts of the trimmed plate, this system consists of two parts: primary trimming and secondary trimming. The primary trimming is a flat blade and the secondary trimming is an arc knife.Cornet Triming The Cornet Triming component is used to match the sol-coated film with the jade star of the workpiece during the conveying process, and cut (outline) the edges and corners. The profiling tracking upper and lower rounding device can make the end surface of the board more smooth and beautiful , The whole assembly is composed of two unrelated devices. One device is used for the processing of the rear side of the workpiece and the upper end of the front door, and the other is used for the processing of the lower end. The control of the assembly is achieved through segment control. The wheel is received from the workpiece and transferred to the milling tool. ScrapingThe edge scraping system is used to remove the milling marks on the pre-cut PVC laminating film, and the edge scraping device is used to eliminate the ripple marks caused by the cutting process of the non-linear motion of the trimming, so that the upper and lower parts of the sapwood are smoother and cleaner. It is normal that the edges of the edge banding band scraped off when the edge scraping mechanism is working should be so thin that it can be blown away by the air nozzle. Buffing componentThe Buffing component polishes the plastic film and removes the sol residue on the workpiece. The buffing device uses a cotton polishing wheel to clean the processed plate, and polishes the end surface of the edge to be smoother. It is used to fix the buffing component on the upper surface of the workpiece. On the upper side, there is no need to set the thickness of the workpiece, the buffing assembly for the lower surface of the workpiece is on the lower side, and the rotation direction of the motor is opposite to the running direction of the workpiece.
