Applications:
1) Aesthetics and Decoration: By using different colored boards with different colored edge banding, the aesthetics are elegant, and the edge banding is delicate, smooth, and pleasant to the touch, with a straight, smooth seam.

2) Board Protection: Adhesive is also required between the edge banding and the furniture board. This side reinforcement prevents the board from delamination and cracking.

Specification

Function introduce: 

Pre-milling unit: Uses a dual milling cutter to trim the edges of panels (cut by a panel saw or slitting saw), eliminating burrs, ripples, and irregularities, ensuring a tight fit of the edge banding.

Gluing unit: This device evenly applies glue to the panel edge, ensuring a secure bond.

Pressing Wheel: Secures the edge banding to the panel, ensuring a secure edge.

End cutting: Trims excess edge banding at the front and back ends of the workpiece, ensuring a flush edge.

Rough Trimming Unit: Trims excess edge banding material from the top and bottom of the edge banding, ensuring the edge is flush with the panel.

Fine Trimming Unit: Trims excess edge banding material from the top and bottom of the edge banding, creating a rounded shape. Commonly used fine trimming blades (corner radius): R1.0, R1.5, R2.0, and R3.0.

Corner Rounding: Chamfering function: the four corners after edge sealing are trimmed into small arcs to make the end surface of the board smoother and avoid pricking hands.

Scraping Unit: Removes excess glue and impurities from the panel edge, ensuring a more aesthetically pleasing and clean edge.

Polishing Unit: Polishes the edge with a cotton polishing wheel to enhance the gloss of the edge banding.

Option function: 

1) Slotting: Used for slotting wardrobe side panels, bottom panels, etc. There are two types of slotting: vertical slotting and horizontal slotting.

2)PUR glue machine and wash-free glue pot: If you want to use both EVA and PUR glue, you need to add a special PUR glue machine.

3) Conveyor : After edge banding, the panels are transferred to a rotary line, enabling fast, continuous processing, requiring only one person. Large panels, such as 2.7-meter and 3-meter panels, can be easily transported, with smooth rotation and increased efficiency. Operating 24 hours a day, this significantly improves production efficiency.

Avoiding bumps and damage: Manual handling of panels is prone to bumps and damage. The use of an edge banding rotary line effectively improves panel quality and reduces damage and waste.
