PLC touch screen:
The edge bander machine is with 6 functions as follows gluing ,end trimming, rough trimming,fine trimming ,scraping,buffing.
Gluing:
Gluing Make the edge-banding board and the edge banding material evenly coated on both sides to ensure stronger adhesion.
End Trimming
The edge banding tape excess at the front end and the rear end if the panel are trimmed while a smooth cut surface is made
Rough and Fine Trimming:
The structure of automatic profiling and high-frequency high-speed motor is adopted to ensure the smoothness of the upper and lower parts of the trimmed plate. It is used to repair and process the excess edge banding material above and below the edge band of the plate.
Corner Rounding Unit
It is used at soft forming, post forming and four sided 1, 2 and 3 mm PVC edged panels. The corner rounding unit move left and right, and the 4 corners abd milled into and R arc shape at a time, and the edge banding finish is smoother and more beautiful.
It is used to remove the ripple marks to make panel edge smoother and better-looking.
Buffing
Using a cotton polishing wheel to clean the processed plates, and polish the edge-sealing end surface smoother.
This edge banding machine used for solid wood particle board, solid wood multilayer board, density board, solid wood, Chipboard (Melamine laminted) and the Glazed board.
Edge banding material: PVC/ ABS /PP /Acrylic, etc.
Edge banding glue: EVA glue/APAO glue:PUR glue (PUR glue is more environmentally friendly, need professional PUR glue system).

After sale service: if you purchased our CNC nesting center or edge bander, and we don't have any dealer or agent in your region, we will send our engineer to your site for installation and training (you should pay the round-trip flight ticket, salary of engineer, also take charge of the local accommodation. ).
