Product Description

Automatic tool changer cnc router with 8 position linear tool changer, can change tools within 5 second. Whcih can improve working efficiency greatly. Its working area cna be made 1300*1300mm, 1300*2500mm, 1500*3000mm, 2000*3000mm, 2000*4000mm,....These are our standard size. We also support custom service, for example 2100*2800mm, 2100*3100mm,...

8 Position Linear tool changer: 

Our Auto Tool Change System swaps out tools on the fly when required by your tool path, lets say you are processing 2 types of cuts that require different tools, the software will automatically tell the wood machine to locate the correct tool from the rack (which holds up-to 8 tools).

Once it has located the tool, your job will carry on until it completes. This saves you precious manufacturing time which in turn helps increase margins.
 

Italy Electro spindle 

One of the most important parts of any wood machine is the spindle system. We only use Italian HSD Spindles on our ATC CNC Router machines, with unrivaled speed and performance you know you have made the right choice. Our ATC's come complete with 9.6Kw rated units.

Active safety system: 

The BCAM C Series has the unique safety protection system of BCAM products, and provides external emergency stop function for equipment users. This function can effectively protect the personal safety of the equipment users, meets European safety CE standards, and is very popular among users.

Japan servo motor and driver 

With high-performance Japan servo motor, the machine can work in high precision. servo motor runs smoothly, no vibration phenomenon even in the low speed. it has a strong ability of overload. 

Syntec controller: 

Machine controller adopts latest version Syntec 60W-E controller.  The 60W-E control system is an upgrade from Syntec 6MA/6MB. It support 3 axis, 3 axis+drilling, 4 axis, 5 axis. You can set the toolpath by software(Vcarve, Alphacam, ArtCAM, Powermill,...), and copy it to U-disk, then insert to the USB interface of controller, the cutting toolpath will show on the control panel.

1. The cnc router machine is debugged before leaving our factory. For each machine, we will do running test after machine is finished. 

2. English manual and CD video for machine using and maintaining will send to you with the machine.

3. Our engineer could provide 24 hours online service, can provide online installation guidance. 

4. CNC Router machine is a international general machinery, as long as you have experienced electricians and engineers can be fully installed in half a day.

Q4. Can you please tell me if it's possible to make a 1325C machine with 240v single phase? If so what is the power consumption?
The power consumption of 240V/single phase and 380V/3Phase is same(but the power of a single phase voltage pump is limited to no more than 3kw). I recommend you choose 3 2.2kw air pumps. We will adopt some machine parts different from 380V because of 240V current will become bigger.
